Japan Travel SIM Card Network Connection Guide

If the network is not available after inserting the SIM card, please try the following APN settings:

Apple iPhone Mobile Data Service Settings

Step 1:
Go to <Settings>, then select <Mobile Network>.

Step 2:
Turn on <Mobile Data> and <Data Roaming>.

Step 3:
Go to <Settings>, then <General>, and delete the APN profile under <VPN & Device Management>.

Android Mobile Data Service Settings

Step 1:
Go to <Settings>, then select <Mobile Networks>.

Step 2:
Turn on <Mobile Data> and <Data Roaming>.

Step 3:
- Select <Access Point Names/APN>.
- Press the <Options> button (or the "..." in the upper right corner of the screen).
- Reset, then add a new APN by pressing the "+" button.
<Name>: softbank
<APN>: plus.4g
<Usrename>: plus
<Password>: 4g
<Authentication type>: chap
<APN type>: default,ia,mms,supl,hipri
- Save and return to select the APN for use.

*** For dual-SIM devices, please use a single SIM and restart the phone.***
*** If the network is still unavailable, please try a different phone.***

***Please turn off automatic software updates and Google/iCloud/WhatsApp automatic backup function.
