01 Insert SIM & Power On

Upon arrival at your destination, insert the SIM card and restart your phone. For dual-SIM phones, please insert the card into SIM Slot 1.

02 Activation Settings

• Enable Mobile Data and Data Roaming. Wait 3–5 minutes for the network to connect automatically.
• If you cannot connect, please restart your phone or toggle Airplane Mode on and off to retry.
• The SIM service is calculated based on Hong Kong Time (HKT). The next day begins at 00:00.

iOS / Android / HarmonyOS Path:

[ Settings ] → [ Mobile Network ] → [ Mobile Data ]

Troubleshooting

1. Wait until you leave the airport/port and reach a stable signal area in the city before activating.
2. Ensure the SIM is in Slot 1. We recommend using only one SIM card in the device.
3. Check that Mobile Data and Roaming are ON, and Airplane Mode is OFF.
4. If the SIM is not recognized, check if it is inserted correctly (not backwards).
5. Restart your phone and wait 5 minutes until the 4G/5G signal icon appears.
