Note:
(1) Once the 180-day validity period expires or all data has been consumed, data service will be suspended. Unused data will be forfeited. To continue to use the service, customer has to recharge the SIM card within 30 days after the data is used up or the validity period expires. Otherwise, the SIM card will no longer be valid.
(2) Customer can recharge HK$250 to the SIM card so as to reactivate data package(30-day validity period) within 180 days after all data has been consumed or validity period expires.
(3) The usage of reactivated data package will be recalculated from the data of reactivation, and will not be accumulated with the expired unused usage.

【Activation method】
• After successful purchase, the eSIM QR code will be sent to your email address via email.
• After scanning and activating the QR code, the eSIM will be automatically activated and the valid usage period will start calculating immediately.
• Please refer to the User Guide for details.
• Note: No cancellation, change or refund will be accepted once the eSIM is issued.

APP:
1. Download the MyCUniq App

2. Enter the SIM card number or prepaid card phone number, then enter the verification code to log in
    • SIM card number: the first 19 digits on the SIM card body (starting with 89852)
    • Prepaid card phone number: The service number (starting with 852) received in the confirmation SMS after successfully activating the prepaid card

3. After successfully logging in, you can check the usage, validity period and balance of the stored-value card through "User Overview" and "Usage Query" (Note: Unactivated and expired stored-value cards cannot be logged in to the website for inquiry)
