Note:
(1) Once the 180-day validity period expires or all data has been consumed, data service will be suspended. Unused data will be forfeited. To continue to use the service, customer has to recharge the SIM card within 30 days after the data is used up or the validity period expires. Otherwise, the SIM card will no longer be valid.
(2) Customer can recharge HK$250 to the SIM card so as to reactivate data package(30-day validity period) within 180 days after all data has been consumed or validity period expires.
(3) The usage of reactivated data package will be recalculated from the data of reactivation, and will not be accumulated with the expired unused usage.
【Activation method】
• Insert the data card after arriving at your destination.
• Enable data roaming in your phone settings and keep the network selected as automatic. Wait for your phone to automatically search for and connect to the network provider.
• Automatic network search takes about 5-10 minutes (depending on the local signal reception).
• After successfully searching and connecting to the network provider, the activation is complete.
