【Activation Method】

  • Insert the data card after arriving at the destination.

  • Turn on data roaming in the phone settings, keep the network selection to automatic, and wait for the phone to automatically search and connect to the network provider.

  •  Automatic search for the network takes about 5-10 minutes (depending on the local reception signal).

  • After successfully searching and connecting to the network provider, the activation is complete.

  • Please refer to the inside page of the product envelope for a detailed activation setup guide.

【Check Account Information】

Via SMS:

  • Dial *118*35# – To check your service number, validity period, and balance

  • Dial *118*50# – To check usage (for SIMs with a fair usage data limit)

  • Dial *118*55# – To check usage (for SIMs without a fair usage data limit)

Via App:

  1. Download the MyCUniq App

  2. Log in using either your SIM card number or prepaid SIM phone number, then enter the verification code

    • SIM card number: First 19 digits printed on the SIM card (starts with 89852)

    • Prepaid phone number: The service number starting with 852, received via SMS after successful activation

  3. Once logged in, you can view your data usage, validity period, and balance under “User Overview” and “Usage Info”

    ※ Note: SIM cards that are not yet activated or not within the validity period cannot be accessed via the app or website.
