Amazon Logistics (expedited) free shipping direct delivery service across the UK:

  2. Faster shipping time : Delivered within 2 working days after shipment , the delivery speed is faster, allowing you to receive your package earlier.
  3. Higher reliability : This delivery method has a lower rate of package loss, ensuring that your package is delivered safely.


return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Once the SIM card has been opened or activated, there are no refunds. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will ask you to send the item back to us, but shipping costs will be borne by you. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent directly back without application will not be accepted.

Refund

We will notify you if your refund is approved after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
